By making a payment using the braintreevt.com web site, you are agreeing to the following terms:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
There will be a fee assessed to your credit card when paying by this method. You will be alerted to the amount before the transaction is complete. This fee will not be refunded if a duplicate or overpayment is made.

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of our business, returns should not be needed. If you feel you need a refund for a duplicate or overpayment, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will look into the matter. If the payment in question was made by credit card, the amount of the refund will be credited to the card you used. If you paid by check or cash your payment will be returned to you on our next payment day. Payments by check are made on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month.

PRIVACY POLICY:
While your privacy is very important to us, we are a municipality which gives all people and organizations access to most information that we possess. In the payment process this information is limited to names and addresses. While we do not actively encourage the use of this information, you should know that the use of this information is possible, if requested.
