| DATE: August 12, 2022 TRAFFIC IMPACT: Vermont Route 12 is expected to remain closed to all traffic at Bridge No. 47 over Ayers Brook in Braintree approximately 5 miles north of the intersection with Vermont Route 66 until Wednesday morning. Some flagging operations may be used at Farnsworth Brook Road and in other local areas near the project to facilitate approach work. Once the bridge is open, one-way alternating traffic patterns will be utilized as needed for day time operations. |

| CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: The contractor will continue roadway approach work while the bridge is still closed – both milling and paving. The detour signs will begin to be removed once the bridge is fully open. Once the bridge is open, the contractor will begin to remove temporary shoring and restoring the disturbed areas near the project. LOCATION: Bridge Number 47 over Ayers Brook, which is scheduled to have the existing bridge beams and deck replaced and corresponding channel and roadway approach work completed, is located on VT 12 approximately 5 miles north of the intersection with Vermont Route 66.
