The Braintree Selectboard will hold a public hearing on the draft Braintree Unified Bylaw on November 4, 2025 at 6:00PM at the Braintree Town Clerk’s Office, located at 932 VT Route 12A, Braintree VT. The draft Braintree Unified Bylaw covers all of the lands in the Town of Braintree. The purpose of this hearing is for the Selectboard to take comments from the public on the draft Braintree Unified Bylaw, prior to consideration of the draft bylaw for adoption. The draft Braintree Unified Bylaw will replace the current bylaw in its entirety. The Bylaw is meant to further the purposes of the Town Plan and 24 VSA section 4302. Copies can be found at the Town Clerk’s office during business hours or on the town website at https://braintreevt.gov/. Comments may be mailed to the attention of the Selectboard at Braintree Selectboard, 932 VT Route 12A, Braintree, VT 05060. Comments may also be submitted by email to braintreesb.motoole@gmail.com.
