The Braintree Selectboard will hold a public hearing on the draft Braintree Unified Bylaw on December 16, 2025 at 6:00PM at the Braintree Town Clerk’s Office, located at 932 VT Route 12A, Braintree VT. The draft Braintree Unified Bylaw covers all of the lands in the Town of Braintree. The purpose of this hearing is for the Selectboard to take comments from the public on the draft Braintree Unified Bylaw, prior to consideration of the draft bylaw for adoption. The draft Braintree Unified Bylaw will replace the current bylaw in its entirety.
