Development Review Board
The Development Review Board (DRB) reviews development applications, making sure they comply with local regulations and the community’s vision (The Town Plan). They conduct public hearing on permit applications for site plans, conditional uses, and subdivisions, they also hear appeals of the zoning administrators decisions. The DRB’s role is to balance development with the community’s goals, making decisions within regulatory boundaries and exercising professional judgment.
