Town residents and interested parties are encouraged to attend meetings of Town boards and commissions to ask questions, provide comments, and learn how to get involved.

2024/2025 Open Meeting Law Update: The Open Meeting Law requires all decision-making bodies to record their meetings and then post said recordings on the Town’s website when the meeting minutes are posted online. Each recording can be found in the Board/Committee/Commission meeting minutes, and on the Town of Braintree’s YouTube channel. The decision-making bodies are: Selectboard, Development Review Board, Cemetery Commission, Board of Listers, Board of Abatement, Board of Civil Authority and Auditors.
Please note that all written and recorded communications with Town employees and officials are subject to disclosure under the Vermont Public Records Act.
Zoom information for remote connection to Board or Commission meetings will be located on the posted meeting agenda.
