Board of Abatement

The Board of Abatement (BOA) consists of the Town Treasurer, the Listers, and the Board of Civil Authority. The BOA has the authority to abate town and property taxes. Meetings of the BOA are scheduled as needed, and meeting agendas will be warned in advance in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
